Rhythm 108 - organic gluten free snacks for all the family

If you have struggled finding healthy, organic, gluten free snacks that taste good then this is the review for you, Rhythm 108 have a large range of snacks that are organic, gluten free, have none refined sugar and are vegan friendly.

I was lucky enough to be given some of the snacks from Rhythm108 while attending a blogging event and I have to say I’m really impressed. I was able to try a few samples on the day, I don’t know why I truthfully did not expect them to be tasty but the samples that were really more-ish. So when I was given some to take home and share with my family I was over the moon.

I will be honest I had not heard of the company Rhythm 108 they are a company who like to use ‘pure ingredients’ and make organic gluten free goodies that taste great and everyone can enjoy. After speaking with them on the day and realising it’s a healthy snack for my family, I wish I had heard of them years ago as a lot of my sons friends are not allowed certain foods eg gluten, vegetarian, vegan etc. I can even remember going to kids swimming classes and my son was sharing his snacks after with his little friends and one mother turning round and saying her daughter can only have organic vegetarian / non-refined sugar snacks and me feeling terrible as my son had given her Haribo, yes Haribo.

The one thing I kept for my self was the Almond biscotti tea biscuits, these I saved until I had my mother round for coffee and while most biscotti’s are a little dry these are a nice softer texture you will be surprised they have no refined sugar, gluten free, organic and are little biscuits of goodness.

I was given three different chocolate bars to for me and my family to try the Hazelnut Praline, Super Coconut and the Sweet ‘N’ Salty Almond although they have a large range to choose from.

The Hazelnut Praline was my favourite it was still all the chocolatey goodness without being too overpowering and the nuttiness gave it a really lovely aftertaste. The texture was firm but not hard so enjoyable to eat.

The Super Coconut bar was nice but reminds me of a bounty and truth be told I only got one bite as my son had the rest, it reminded me of a bounty bar but with a more natural coconut flavour. My son described it as coconuty but nice coconut which for a seven year old is quite a good description.

The Sweet N Salty Almond bar again I only got to try one bite of as was really different the ‘sweet N salty’ name made me think of popcorn but it’s nothing like that its and a nice chocolate flavour bar but with a softer texture and again my son loved it.

The only thing I was given but didn’t get chance to even steal a bite of was the Banana muffin and the apple pie desert bars as I gave these to my son and his friends as all of which loved them and I have to say the scent of them was pleasant and the kids were happy and I earned extra brownie points with the mums as they are really healthy. I will be buying more from their range especially their tea biscuits as they were lovely.
